How eCabcall works
Customers, whether they’re members of the public or corporate clients, can register online by providing a few simple details. They then have access to a personal profile allowing them to manage multiple pick-up addresses and destinations. Customers can log in using any device whether it’s a personal computer, tablet or Smartphone, and handle their bookings with ease.

Order Numbers and Cost Centres can easily be accommodated and each booking generates its own unique Booking Reference Number
You can access comprehensive historical Booking Reports, exportable in several formats, such as CSV, Excel and PDF, along with quick Keyword Search
Multiple Favourite Bookings can be created with ease allowing fast booking entry
You have complete control over your bookings with the ability to check the status of your bookings, receive multiple notifications, cancel or modify a booking before or during dispatch, and enter Booking Remarks to assist your driver
eCabcall reads directly from our extensive database of thousands of Streets and Place Names with new ones easily added on request
Live Tracking allows you to track the progress of your booking from when it’s allocated to a taxi, all the way to its destination
Multiple email options are available such as, On Creation, On Pick Up, and On Completion. Simply send to any email when the booking is created. SMS can also be sent to each passenger to notify them of the taxis arrival
Multiple Pick Ups and Destinations can be created with each passengers name and contact number included, enabling our Call Centre to contact each passenger individually. A main contact can also be included along with their name and contact number
Multiple Vehicle types can be selected e.g. 6 or 5 seaters and Facility vehicles
Call bookings are also available, allowing you to create and put a booking on hold to be activated at a time of your or the passengers choice. This is ideal for clients who may not have access to account details or who may be unsure when they will need their taxi
We can also create a Quick Booking facility for your reception area; one click and a Docket Reference identifier is generated and the booking created

Cabcall Automated Phone Booking

When a customer calls our main number 0141 429 7070, they are greeted with an automated welcome prompt. The system checks for the caller ID. If you’re a business you can have Table, Room or Docket numbers on your automated booking, this speeds up the booking process, no more waiting on the phone for your staff at busy times.
If the system identifies the customer, they are walked through a series of prompts to book a taxi for their preferred location and time.
If the system does not identify the customer, they are transferred to a live operator
IVR Features
Ringbacks provide customers with the status of their booking and allows them to cancel an existing booking
